Product Care

To help maintain the appearance and prolong the life of your SIRENA leather product, please kindly follow the below guidelines:

• Store them inside dust bags after each usage.

• Keep the products in a well-ventilated place and occasionally bring them out to dry to prevent bacterial growth that causes bad odour.

• Avoid exposing the items to strong light or sunlight for extensive period of time to prevent discoloration

• Avoid any contact with darker colored items to prevent colour fastness.

• Alternate wear the items to prolong their life.

• Regularly clean the products with sponge and water. Make sure to leave them dry naturally after the cleaning process.

Delivery & Exchange

Within Thailand
• We provide free delivery on order over 1,000 Baht /bill via Thailand Post registered mail
(2-5 working days in Bangkok)
(3-7 working days in suburban areas)

• Order below 1,000 Baht are subjected to delivery with additional charge of 60 Baht/ box

• Optional messenger service is also available and delivery fee will be charged depending on the delivery location. Please directly contact us for this delivery method.

International Shipping
We provide international shipping where shipping fee and delivery time will be based on specific area of destination

Delivery Date

• Parcels will be send for delivery on Mon – Sat (excluding public holidays)

• If payment is confirmed before 12:00 PM, the parcel will be send within the date of confirmation.

• Otherwise, it will be send on the next delivery date.
