Payment


• After the order has been placed, it will be reserved within the system for 3 days (referring to the date on the confirmation email), please kindly make the payment within 3 days to ensure the completion of your purchase. We reserve the rights to cancel the order without payment to ensure that other customers can place the order.

 

• Please carefully check the details of payment transfer before submitting your payment, we are not responsible for any damages caused by mistakes in the payment process

 

 



Delivery Cost and Time


Within Thailand

• We provide free delivery on orders over 850 Baht /bill via Thailand Post EMS.
Orders below 850 Baht are subjected to delivery with additional charge; Thaipost Registered Mail- 20 Baht and EMS- 30 Baht.
(Delivery within 1-2 working days in Bangkok)
(Delivery within 2-3 working days in suburban areas)

• Optional messenger service is also available and delivery fee will be charged depending on the delivery location. Please directly contact us for this delivery method.

Note: The above delivery time exclude pre-orders and made-to order items.


International Shipping

• We provide international shipping where shipping fee and delivery time will be based on specific area of destination.

• The price of all items in this site exclude delivery fees and any additional costs relating to the shipment. You will be solely responsible for any fees charged, from when the product are shipped from our warehouse until it reaches your doorstep i.e. delivery fees, custom duties and local taxes etc. We are not responsible for any charges after the item has been shipped from our location.



Delivery Times

• Parcels will be send for delivery on Mon – Sat (excluding public holidays).

• If payment is confirmed before 16:00 PM on Mon – Fri and 11:00 on Sat, the parcel will be send within the date of confirmation.

• If payment is confirmed after the informed hours, it will be send on the next delivery date.

 

 


Return and Exchange Policy


Customers are advice to read the details on this page prior to the purchase of our product. We reserve the rights to reject any returns and exchanges which do not comply with the terms stated on the website.

All of our products had been through meticulous quality checking before being shipped to your hands. We reserve the right, in any circumstances, to reject any returned goods. Nonetheless, exchanges can be done in case of the following:

1. Products delivered are faulty or does not match with the order placed.

2. Exchanging shoes for a more suitable size , + or – one size from your order can be done free of charge
(In case the exchange is done more than once, you will have to be responsible for the delivery fees of 100 Baht/ piece on the 2nd exchange onwards).


Note: All exchanges are subject to stock availability and adherence to our policy. We apologize for not being able to accept exchange on different color, style and exchange on sales item.



We reserve the rights to reject any exchanges that do not comply with the below requirement. It will be send back to delivery address used in the original order and you will be responsible for the delivery fee:

• We must be informed of the exchange within 7 days after the item is delivered (we will refer to the delivery date from Thaipost).You can send us an exchange enquiry at [email protected] subject “Exchange Service Receipt Number XXXXX”

• All items need to be returned in an unmarked, unused condition with the original packaging. The branded shoe box and accessory bag is considered as part of the product and should be returned in a protective shipping box. 

• Products have been used other than for the purpose of fitting.

• Item has been altered, made to create defect or repaired by an external repair service.

• Item has been discounted or it is an made-to-order item.

• Item has been shipped outside of Thailand.
